Integrated Social Risk Analysis

By analyzing the social risks of projects with a holistic approach, we ensure that potential impacts are detected at an early stage and managed effectively.”

Integrated Social Risk Analysis is a multidisciplinary approach that assesses the social impacts of projects through a holistic lens, considering the interrelationships among stakeholder dynamics, local conditions, vulnerable groups, land use, livelihoods, labor issues, and institutional risks rather than examining these factors in isolation. Within this framework, potential social risks are identified and prioritized at an early stage, enabling the development of appropriate mitigation and management measures that can be effectively integrated into project planning and implementation processes.

Social Impact Assessment (SIA)

We systematically analyze the impacts of projects on individuals, communities, and vulnerable groups, and develop sustainable solutions by making risks manageable”

Social Impact Assessment is a systematic process designed to identify, analyze, and manage social risks and impacts associated with projects throughout their lifecycle. It examines the actual and potential effects of projects on individuals, communities, and vulnerable groups, providing a basis for the development of appropriate measures to avoid, mitigate, monitor, and manage social risks. An effective Social Impact Assessment process contributes to the strengthening of environmental and social management systems, while supporting project sustainability, social performance, and institutional capacity for responsible project development.

Resettlement Action Plan (RAP)

“We manage physical and economic displacement processes in compliance with international standards, and develop resettlement solutions that protect and improve the livelihoods of project-affected persons.”

A Resettlement Action Plan is a structured planning process designed to protect the rights of individuals and communities who are likely to experience physical displacement or economic loss as a result of project activities. Within this framework, eligibility and entitlement analyses are conducted, the existing living conditions of affected persons and groups are assessed, and compensation, assistance, and resettlement measures are planned and implemented in accordance with international standards, with appropriate monitoring mechanisms in place.

Livelihood Restoration

“We develop long-term and sustainable livelihood strategies that restore income and productive capacity for project-affected persons who have experienced a loss of livelihood.”

Livelihood Restoration aims to protect and, where possible, improve the living standards of affected individuals and households who experience loss of income, production assets, land use, livestock, agricultural activities, or other livelihood sources due to project-related activities. In this context, livelihoods are assessed in detail, and tailored support mechanisms are developed in line with the needs of affected groups. The process also includes the design of long-term, sustainable income generation strategies to ensure the restoration and enhancement of livelihoods.

Stakeholder Engagement

“We systematically analyze stakeholders, and establish trust-based, sustainable communication processes by managing expectations and risks.”

Stakeholder Engagement is a fundamental social management process that enables the establishment of open, transparent, and trust-based relationships with project-affected communities and individuals, as well as employees, worker representatives, institutions, and other relevant parties. In line with international good practices and principles of corporate citizenship, an effective stakeholder engagement process includes the development of information disclosure, consultation, and feedback mechanisms appropriate to the nature and scale of the project. This process not only supports the management of expectations and risks, but also contributes to strengthening the environmental, social, and overall sustainability performance of projects, improving project outcomes, and generating greater benefits for society.

Labor Management

“We assess labor policies and practices, developing sustainable, human rights-based labor management systems that minimize risks. We evaluate these labor policies and practices in accordance with international social performance standards and best practices.”

Labor Management and Oversight is a social management discipline aimed at ensuring the protection of workers’ rights, the provision of fair working conditions, and the alignment of labor practices with national legislation, international labor standards, and good practices. Within this scope, the process promotes equal opportunity, non-discrimination, the establishment of healthy worker–management relations, and the promotion of decent working conditions. Risks related to all vulnerable worker groups are assessed, including young workers, persons with disabilities, migrant workers, refugees, third-party contractors, and workers within the supply chain. The framework also includes the prevention of child labor and forced labor, as well as the development of appropriate policies, procedures, and monitoring mechanisms that enable workers to raise workplace concerns through safe and accessible channels, with such concerns addressed in an effective and timely manner.

Gender-Based Management

“We analyze gender-based risks, and ensure sustainable and equitable project outcomes by developing egalitarian policies and inclusive practices.”

Gender-Based Management is a field of social management that addresses the impacts of projects on women, men, children, and diverse social groups through an equality and inclusiveness perspective. Within this scope, gender-related risks are analyzed, and policies and practices are developed to promote non-discrimination, equal access to opportunities, safe working environments, prevention of violence and harassment, and inclusive participation processes.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

“We develop strategies that create sustainable value and strengthen corporate reputation by integrating social, environmental, and governance dimensions into corporate processes. Sustainability principles are integrated into corporate decision-making processes, supporting long-term value creation.”

Corporate Social Responsibility is a strategic field that enables organizations to develop responsible, sustainable, and value-creating practices within the social and environmental contexts in which they operate. Within this scope, social needs, local expectations, and corporate priorities are assessed in an integrated manner, and sustainable strategies are developed to enhance social investment, community benefit, environmental stewardship, governance practices, and corporate reputation.
